How do I use my oils?

1. Aromatically-This is a great way to start using your oils.  

You can put them in the diffuser that comes with the starter kit.  Different oils are known to produce different effects.  For example, lavender is known to have a calming and relaxing effect.  

My favorite combination in the diffuser is lavender with peace & calming II at nighttime.  

2.  Topically- Many essential oils are safe and beneficial to use directly on the skin.  

Simply place 2-3 drops of essential oil directly on the desired area and massage in.  

I often times put them on my wrists or my feet at night time.

3.  Internally-

Place several drops of oil into a gelatin capsule and swallow with water.

Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to a glass of water, NingXia Red, juice, yogurt, your favorite sweetener of choice, or plant-based milk and swallow.

Add 1-2 drops of oil (to taste) to meals when cooking. 

I add a drop of lemon and/or peppermint to a glass of water every morning!  Also, when others in my house are sick or I am starting to feel under the weather, I include a drop of Thieves
